Attorney Laura M. Myers–Schader Appointed to Serve on the Florida Justice Association Young Lawyers Section

CORAL SPRINGS, FL. –Attorney Laura M. Myers-Schader, attorney at the Coral Springs-based Weinstein Law Firm (www.weinstein-law.com) was recently appointed to serve on the the Florida Justice Association (FJA) Young Lawyers Section Board of Directors. The FJA’s Young Lawyers Section works to secure open access to Florida’s civil justice system and promotes the rights of Florida's citizens and consumers.

"I feel honored to have been selected to serve on this committee," said Laura M. Myers-Schader. "I look forward to being an active part of an amazing organization which provides networking opportunities for new lawyers and works to ensure they have a proper support system as they enter the practice of law."

The FJA Young Lawyers Section is open to attorneys 35 years old and under or lawyers who have been out of law school for 10 years or less. Among other activities, the section hosts the annual Honorable E. Earle Zehmer Memorial Mock Trial Competition and the Al J. Cone Trial Advocacy Institute. In addition, the Young Lawyers section hosts an annual Lobby Week during the legislative session where young lawyers can meet other active FJA Young Lawyers, network with FJA leadership and find out more about how the legislative process in Tallahassee works.
