Coral Springs, FL. – Attorney Andrew Weinstein, managing partner and founder of the Weinstein Law Firm, recently spoke as a guest lecturer for the Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center Tort Law Society. Andrew’s presentation, given to law students as well as members of the faculty, focused on the unique challenges encountered when handling personal injury and insurance litigation cases.
“It was an honor to be asked to speak to the Tort Law Society and to share my experience practicing in this area of the law,” said Andrew.
Andrew also gave advice to the students on interviewing with prospective employers and discussed the importance of practicing with professionalism. He also commented on recent Court decisions interpreting Florida’s Personal Injury Protection (PIP) statute.
