CORAL SPRINGS, FL. - Founding partner Andrew Weinstein of the Coral Springs-based Weinstein Law Firm (www.weinstein-law.com) recently spoke at the Florida Personal Injury Protection Litigation Seminar, at the Hilton Garden Inn in Dania Beach. The one-day seminar provided attorneys as well as insurance claims adjusters with an update and analysis of Florida Personal Injury Protection (PIP) law, along with a discussion on how recent changes in the statute have affected the handling of these claims.
"Pursuing justice on behalf of our clients and staying at the forefront of change in the legal field is what drives our legal representation," said the firm's managing partner, Andrew Weinstein. He continued, "It was an honor to be able to educate attendees on how to effectively handle Personal Injury Protection Insurance claims”
The seminar featured a panel of leading Personal Injury Protection attorneys, who addressed the future of Personal Injury Protection insurance, relevant provisions of the statute, legal precedent, and the legislative process that led to the new statute being passed. In addition, attendees received a valuable take home reference, “Florida PIP Litigation: Hot Topics, Trends and the Future of PIP,” written by the speakers.
